Perina BV was founded in 2004 when the owner Martin Sierink discovered that his own style of operational leadership better suited organizations or organizational units in a changing 'ICT' situation. Any change gives initially uncertainty. Once the change has been institutionalized sureness will recur. The objective of Perina is to support persons and companies, both in the definition of the desired change and the change itself. Support that focuses on the self-consciousness of the person or organization so challenges are seen as opportunities. Martin does so partly based on past experience in a variety of roles in various sectors and as NVNLP recognized coach.
